• Have experience in insurance restoration contracting

• Demonstrate proven financial stability with at least one year of financial statements

• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage - minimum $1 million General Liability

• Maintain Automobile insurance - $1 million

• Maintain Workers' Compensation Insurance

• Maintain all required licensing

• Have a solid credit background

• Background check employees that will be on job site

• Meet technology requirements for estimating software, internet, digital cameras

• Provide 12 quality references

• Maintain professional commercial or industrial zoned facilities, equipment, and personnel
