We have completed the difficult, time consuming and critical contractor screening process for you. Our network contractors must possess required state licensing, meet established program insurance coverage, maintain financial stability including good credit standing, maintain professional facilities and equipment, and perform background checks on their employees who will be on the property site. All network contractors stand behind their work with a three-year workmanship warranty.

Bids may vary for a variety of different reasons. The quality of material, equipment, labor, appropriate insurance, and contractor overhead to provide management and oversight of subcontractors, are some factors that can have a significant impact on the overall cost of the bid. A good contractor has many necessary operational expenses they must cover. Even though the contractor you may eventually select may not be the lowest priced, you want to ensure you hire an established contractor that can provide you dependable quality service for your project. A low bid may be a sign of poor quality material or sub-standard work, thus always look closely at the quality of the contractor you hire.

If all other efforts by you and the contractor to mediate a dispute have been exhausted, upon request we will provide limited Issue Resolution services and attempt to propose a resolution to the dispute. Neither party is obligated to accept the proposed resolution, however the network contractor is held to high ethical standards of the Contractor Connection program.
