The objective of these workshops is to emphasize each provider’s role in creating an exceptional member experience. This is even more important with the addition of Contractor Connections Estimate Review as a provider of quality assurance. The session will be co-lead by Estimate Review leadership as well as members of USAA’s Reinspection team. Session discussions will focus on essential factors for ensuring contractors are performing at optimal levels across the network especially in the area of member experience. We will take attendees through the processes within estimate review and even touch on the processes of the new Performance Management team. Consistency guidelines, key drivers of performance and other best practices will also be reviewed. |

Xactimate Level 2 Certification Prep Class

That’s why Xactware created the Xactimate user certification tests—to help ensure that those who use Xactimate are proficient and have the skills they need to accurately create an estimate. Prep courses are based on the Xactimate certification exam. The Level 2 Certification Prep Course provides four hours of in-depth training to those who are working towards their Level 2 Certification. Students will learn the fundamental skills of using Xactimate and be prepared to sketch and scope a simple project. This level of certification verifies that a user has the foundational skills required to create an estimate from start to finish in Xactimate. |
